Prior to founding SplashNote Systems, Scott was a key member of the founding team at venture-backed eTouch.com, and as head of Marketing, built from ground up the marketing infrastructure, processes, and functions of the company. Before eTouch, Scott held Management Consulting and Engagement Management positions at A. T. Kearney, EDS Management Consulting Services, and JSA International. Altogether, he directed and delivered over three dozen projects around the world in areas such as supply chain management, strategic sourcing, customer development, process reengineering, strategy, and competitive analyses. Scott holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from MIT, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In his 'copious' spare time, Scott serves as the Co-President of a leading non-profit professional association (www.cspa.com). Scott is also an avid skiier & snowboarder, and is often found somewhere around Lake Tahoe during the winter months. David Strakhovsky Director of Marketing. David has over 20 years experience in Marketing, Business Development, and Software Engineering for high technology companies. Prior to SplashNote Systems, he was Director of Marketing and Business development for Identify Software (acquired by BMC), eALITY (acquired by SuccessFactors), and was Director for an industry consortium defining standards for integrating web services. Before moving to start-up companies, David held Marketing, Alliance, and Engineering roles for Sun Microsystems. David holds a Bachelor of Arts – Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude - from Brandeis University. In his spare time, David can be found riding the back roads and hills of Silicon Valley on his well-tuned black Ducati.
